Listen, I have been there!

As a matter of fact, only 3 months ago I had reached a new rock bottom for my health. After reversing my health issues back in 2021 and becoming the healthiest I had ever been, I suddenly had lost my grip and I was drowning.

The culprit… STRESS!

My body was stuck in fight or flight, aka stressed out to the point of complete shut down of my thyroid, hormones, digestion, and energy levels… basically everything that was not “necessary” to keep me alive was no longer working.

I had gained 30lbs that felt like it had come on out of no where, I had no libido, my periods were heavy and painful, I had major digestive issues, my energy levels were none existent, and my brain fog was so thick it was hard putting sentences together some days. I was ashamed, especially being a health practitioner myself, how could I help people when I couldn’t even help myself?

Now after just 6 weeks of implementing the strategy I put in place… I am down 22lbs & 20.25 inches, all of my previous symptoms are gone, I am finally out of the fight or flight response and feel like I have my life back!

So now you might be wondering…

How the heck did I do it?

How did I lose so much weight in such a short amount of time and keep it off?

And not just lose the weight, but restore my hormones, stress levels, and overall wellbeing!

And the answer is….

I started approaching my health from an ancestral mindset.

I put an actual strategy in place; a clear direction of what I needed to focus on to
reduce my stress levels and allow my body to feel SAFE to release the weight and inflammation.

There is a reason they say “stress kills”… stress will trump everything. There is no amount of healthy food, exercise, supplements, protocols, or biohacking that will work when your body is stuck in fight or flight.

Starting the program I already had negative thoughts that I was going to fail because I cook for my family all the time and I’m a busy homeschooling mom. When I first started I realized how easy it was just to food prep ahead for the week for myself and then I could still cook for the kids the way they need fuel for their energy levels. In a couple weeks of just removing the dairy, carbs/gluten and processed food, my mental state changed and I wasn’t having cravings for the things I thought I would miss and the portion sizes were enough to keep full and satisfied. My first encounter of a few pounds coming off got me super motivated and I had a mind shift change knowing I didn’t need some of the things I put on my plate or in my cup everyday (ie raw cream in my coffee or added volume on my plate). 

After being on the program for a couple weeks I got my period and was surprised to have none of the regular inflammatory symptoms I usually would have such as bloating, intense cramps and long days of bleeding. It was a short non eventful period which was great. I have had long-standing back pain from the two deliveries/pregnancies from both kids and I noticed the back pain diminish in the first couple weeks which was huge since that’s been present for past 4+ years. My skin has also thanked me and I notice less wrinkles on my face and improved tautness.

Overall with the program I lost roughly 18lbs in 6 weeks and felt all my clothes fitting better. My kids (7 and 4) even noticed at the end of six weeks that I had lost weight and were complimenting my efforts. The plan now is to continue with the cooking habits, portions sizes, decreasing processed foods (despite being organic), and drinking more fluids. 

This jump start has made me more positive in my mindset to shift into exercising now. I’m just excited to get old baby weight off that I haven’t even tried hard to lose since my first child 7 years ago. This is was my first positive food encounter in the last 15 years that ended up in weight loss. I would do this program all over again to continue the results and also give my body a reset from the inflammatory processes that go on in our lives.

    There is a better and more effective way! Instead of stressing out your body and trying to force an unnatural result that works against your metabolism, we work with your body to send a signal of safety that allows the body to release excess fat.

    This reset is different because it’s not just a physical transformation - it’s a transformation of your thoughts, behaviors, habits, and beliefs about your health and what is possible for you. You’re also going to learn lifestyle principles that not only help you but help your entire family and the people you’re surrounded by.

  • The program is broken up into two parts.
    Part One: 6 weeks - Release Phase. This is the bulk of the program and where you will see the results from.
    Part Two: 4 weeks - Maintenance/Transition Phase. This is just like it sounds, the transition back into life and how to maintain your results.

  • The average weight loss is between 15-25lbs in the 6 week Release Phase.

  • No, supplements are not required and I actually recommend to STOP the supplements you are taking.   • Yes. Depending on how much weight you are needing/wanting to lose, you can do multiple rounds. However, there must be the 4 weeks of maintenance/transition in between.
